We provide models for best practices and guide implementation of those models in your organization in these ways: 1) Guide senior or team managers to plan how to manage the use of tools in their organizational domain. We use our Tools Management Team (TMT) methodology, which adapts to fit your organizational culture. It includes approaches for metrics of adoption and ROI. 2) Coach managers in creating and kicking off the Tools Management initiative: includes staff selection for key roles, then agenda and facilitation of initial meetings. 3) Ongoing support to staff in key tools- management roles. Coach staff in deploying best-practice approaches for integrating tool features with work processes. Can include developing practices around: >> Techniques which make updates, decisions, and assignments from meetings more visible across the organization. >> Methods for storing and tagging work products and files, making them easily accessible for current efforts, re-use in other projects, and for organizational memory. >> Approaches that enhance participation in work processes by remote team members, clients, and partners. >> Methods to jointly produce documents, efficiently gather feedback and inputs. |
